Ecobox service allows users to order a box for the disposal of electronic waste ("e-waste").
3. Scheduling and Collection Process
- 3.1. Users can order an Ecobox and schedule a tentative collection date through our platform.
- 3.2. Our team will contact users to confirm and finalize the collection date and time.
- 3.3. Our representatives will visit the users specified address to collect the e-waste on the agreed date.
4. User Responsibilities
- 4.1. Users are responsible for describing the type and quantity of e-waste to be collected.
- 4.2. Users must ensure that someone is present at the specified address during the agreed collection time.
- 4.3. Only e-waste should be placed in the Ecobox. Non-electronic waste will be rejected, including lights and bulbs.
5. Irreversibility of Waste Collection
- 5.1. Once e-waste has been collected by our representatives, it cannot be returned to the user under any circumstances.
- 5.2. Users should ensure they do not accidentally include any valuable or personal items with the e-waste.
- 5.3. We are not responsible for any items mistakenly included in the e-waste.
6. Data Destruction
- 6.1. We ensure that all data from electronic devices such as laptops, mobile phones, and other data-storing devices will be properly and securely destroyed.
- 6.2. Users are encouraged to perform their own data backup and deletion before submitting devices for e-waste collection.
- 6.3. We are not responsible for any data loss or breach that may occur during the collection or destruction process.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- 7.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our Ecobox Service.
- 7.2. Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Service or violation of these terms.
